INC. | SWISS" along with the reference number "9855". The Valjoux 92 movement is marked: "CROTON WATCH CO. INC. | SEVENTEEN 17 JEWELS | SWISS | | V 35 | F 119". The movement also bears the correct markings to identify the movement as a Valjoux 92 movement. This is a really great very collectable watch ready to go for another life time.
