This is a beautiful Hamilton Sub 666 ft Diver Watch in excellent original "like new" condition dating from the 1970's. This watch is powered by the famed ETA 2824 - 25 jewel automatic movement (dubbed the best movement ever made by ETA and a true proven "workhorse") is running strong & keeping accurate time within 1-2 minutes per day. The original sub dial is marked with "HAMILTON | automatic | Sub - 660 ft". The back of the case is marked with the Hamilton heraldic logo, the Reference number "9785" and: "HAMILTON | STAINLESS STEEL | WATER RESISTANT | 20 ATM". The inside of the case is marked: "HAMILTON | CASE MADE IN THAILAND" The movement is marked: "HAMILTON WATCH CO. | 25 JEWELS | SWISS MADE" and bears the appropriate markings to identify the movement as an ETA 2824-2 automatic movement. The rotating divers bezel works correctly & the watch keeps excellent time. The Hamilton stainless steel bracelet shows no sign of ever having been used.
