This all original Harper chronograph watch dates to the 1970's. The dial looks to be redone & is in very good condition. The dial sports the black matte tachymeter outer dial. It is surrounded by a rotating divers bezel with the World Time indexes. The markings on the dial read: "HARPER | 20 ATM | INCABOLOC | 17 JEWELS |RA SWISS MADE RA" The screw down case back is stainless steel and bears the following markings: "ALL STAINLESS STEEL | INCABLOC | SWISS | WATERPROOF | 20 ATM".There are no markings to the inside of the stainless steel case back. The markings on the Landeron 248 movement read as follows: "HARPER WATCH CO | SEVENTEEN JEWELS | UNADJUSTED" The movement is also marked with "248" identifying it as a Landeron 248 movement. This is a very cool retro watch. The Landeron 248 movement is running strong, keeping accurate time & fulfilling all of the requirements of the chronograph functions.
