It's very rare to find a 1940's chronograph in this good condition. This ADAP chrono with the original black face dial with raised gold markers is in fantastic condition. This Landeron 249 is in excellent running condition keeping accurate time within 1-2 minutes per day. All chronograph functions work as they should. The dial is original and looks really fantastic! The dial is marked "ADAP | SHOCKPROOF | 17 JEWELS" and sports the tachometer / telemeter outside ring. The back of the case is marked "STAINLESS STEEL BACK | SWISS MADE | SHOCK PROTECTED | ANTIMAGNETIC" and also bears the serial number “903301". The Landeron 249 chronograph movement is running strong and keeping accurate time within 1 - 2 minutes per day. All chronograph functions work as they should.
