This is a truly fabulous - circa 1940's Chronograph Watch in pristine condition with a beautiful platinum colored dial. The Landeron 248 movement is keeping excellent time & all chronograph functions work as they should. All stainless steel case is in great condition. The watch dial reads: "| 17 JEWELS | ANTIMAGNETIC | INCABLOC | SWISS MADE". . The back of the case reads: "STAINLESS STEEL | WATER RESISTANT | ANTIMAGNETIC | INCABLOC | SWISS". The back of the case is also marked with the serial number "1006 9". The inside back of the case does not contain any markings. The Landeron 248 movement is marked: "248" This nearly 75 year old Chronograph Watch is in exceptional condition & is ready to go for another lifetime.
